No matter whether you prefer a mountainbike a racing cycle, Liguria offers you many different pistes. If you're a mountain biker then you should test the MTB track between Torria and Pontedassio, or the several different tracks with varying levels of difficulty above Finale Ligure. For racing cyclists the panoramic street from Imperia via Poggi, and then on towards Dolcedo, is particularly worthwhile. The Pista di Ciclabile, which runs directly by the sea between San Lorenzo al Mare and San Remo, is also very popular.
