The holiday apartment Casa Castelvecchio 2 is located in the historic heart of the village. It sleeps up to four persons and has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with twin beds, a dining room with a fireplace and an adjacent kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Castel vecchio di Rocca Barbera was once a defense village in the 12th century, which reigned high on a rock. The inhabitants left this place in the course of time. Today, however, the houses are being restored by lovers of the old way of life (protection of historical monuments), and together with its winding lanes they give the place its mystical flair once again.
