Description
Castellazzo Cen lies at the end of a street in Castellazzo, a small Ligurian mountain town above Dolcedo. The apartment has ample room for six people as it comprises two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a modern and very practically furnished kitchen, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The terrace is large enough to accommodate a full house, whether for a convivial evening of grilling and socialising or a relaxing breakfast outside, for which you can buy fresh bread from the alimentari in Dolcedo.

Dolcedo lies in the middle of the Prino Valley and is the municipality with third highest amount of land given over to olive cultivation in the province of Imperia (30% of its territory). As an ancient feudal estate of the Clavesana family, the town began its expansion in the thirteenth century, when the Bishop of Albenga entrusted the church of San Tommaso to the friars of Lerins, who encouraged olive cultivation. This was the period in which the water-mills were built: the population then began to move out of the higher districts towards the riverside areas, including today's main district, which was at that time known as "Piazza" because it was a market town.
In 1228, the feudal estate passed into the hands of the Republic of Genoa. The municipality became independent in 1613.
In the alleyways of the old town centre, you can see the old artisan shops, while the ancient weights and measures marks are still visible in what is known as the "suttu munte" loggia. The buildings along the Prino and the single-span bridge are remaining signs of the town's former prosperity. The excellent acoustics of the main square make it an ideal place for the concerts and shows that take place on the black-and-white pavement outside the parish church of San Tommaso. Although of mediaeval origin, the church has a colourful eighteenth-century façade: a Baroque canopy frames the fifteenth-century portal. Deep blue Baroque decorations can also be admired inside the church; it also contains some precious works from the Genoese school, including some paintings of the Virgin Mary over the apse, which are attributed to the Carrega brothers. The bell tower is one of the highest in the region. Other monuments to be seen are the Saracen tower, the oratory of San Lorenzo and the church of San Domenico.
In the district of Ripalta there is a characteristic bridge that was once the only means of access to the town. During his childhood, the poet Giovanni Boine stayed in Lecchiore, a district ensconced among the olive groves.Excursions beginning in Dolcedo take you to some places of great natural interest, including Monte Faldo (1149 m.) as well as historic interest, such as Monte Folia, where archaeological finds have been made. The sanctuary of Lampedusa has for centuries been a destination for pilgrims. Dolcedo has a special court where elastic ball is played. For those who love horse-riding there are many riding schools in the area.

scharfes Messer; Wasserkocher; neuer Wäscheständer; Sitzkissen auf die Plastikstühle (außen); Grill könnte man überarbeiten, da man die Höhe von dem Rost nicht verstellen kann Restaurant: Osteria des Pescatore, Via del Ponte 32, 18100 Imperia (Pasta, Pizza & Fisch; deutsche, englische & italienische Karte) direkt an der Promenade, sehr lecker und das Personal ist sehr freundlich Orte: 18010 Cervo, 18012 Bordighera (toller Strand) Der Gesamteindruck Ihres Unternehmen hat uns sehr beeindruckt und bleibt uns positiv in Erinnerung. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

alles o.k. - sehr schönes Objekt mit guter Ausstattung! Hinweis: das Fliegengitter im hinteren Zimmer (zwei Einzelbetten) ist defekt und sollte überprüft bzw. ausgetauscht werden! schönes Objekt, komfortable und einfache Buchungsabwicklung, toller Service

ein paar Kleinigkeiten in der Küche fehlen (Schöpfkelle, passende Deckel für Kochtöpfe etc.) Auch bei dem Mobiliar wären ein paar neue Sachen (zB Sessel) nicht schlecht. Ausstattung mit Mobiliar, Grill und Liegen/Sonnenschirm war gut. Das Gartentor kann mal einwenig Öl vertragen, da man immer meint die ganz Nachbarschaft aufzuwecken. die auch im Objekt hinterlegte Wandertour ins Hinterland von Dolcedo /St. Brigida ("2-Brückentour) ist super. Bademöglichkeiten im Bach. Pizzeria an Brücke in Dolcedo sollte dringend vorreserviert werden, lohnt sich aber, gutes und preiswertes Essen.

Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Unbedingt den Mühlenweg wandern, auch die alten Mauleselpfade sind wunderschön. Auf dem Wochenmarkt in Dolcedo gibt es tausend Sorten Pflücksalat, den man sich selbst zusammenstellen kann in einem Körbchen.

Castelazzo cen war in jeder Hinsicht bestens ausgestattet, vor allem genügend Essgeschirr, alle Fenster mit Fliegengitter-super. alles was wir benötigt haben, war vorhanden, sogar Auflagen für die Liegestühle. Ligurien hat alles zu bieten, was das Herz begehrt. Besonders reizend ist der Ort Dolcedo mit Umgebung, das bergige Hinterland mit den Olivenhainen, an der Küste schöne Bade-Sandstrände mit sauberem Wasser, Ausflüge nach Nizza und Monaco sind sehr lohnend. Wir freuen uns heute schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub in Ligurien

To us everything was in order We would recommend a visit to Lecchiore. We ate several times in Dolcedo, Da Lalla. A good price for a menu. Ca da Ninna in the weekends. Again, we had a wonderful vacation. Thank you

In denn Schlafräumen wäre eine Klimaanlage angenehm der Ausblick zum Meer war von zu hoch gewachsenen Pflanzen verdeckt. Einen Ausflug nach Monaco und die Stadt Gervo. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und empfelen sie gerne weiter.

wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Schlucht hinter Lecchiore lohnt an heißen Tagen einen Ausflug: schön kühl und schattig, viele Gumpen, in denen man im eiskalten Wasser baden kann, sogar reinspringen geht an einer Stelle. Man folge einfach der Straße, die nach Castellazzo führt, durch die zwei nächsten Orte (Belissimi und Lecchiore), bis es nicht mehr weiter geht, oder falls man sich die schmale und am Ende schlechte Straße nicht mit dem Auto antun will, kann man auch vor Lecchiore parken und ~20 min laufen, bis das Tal endet.

Völlig ausreichend alles im Objekt was man braucht. Alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit. Monte Carlo,San Remo,Alassio sehr schöner Strand, In Imperia an der Promenade sind schöne Restaurants. Wir waren mit diesem Urlaub sehr zufrieden und wir werden unseren nächsten Urlaub im Süden wieder über Sie buchen, da es sehr unkompliziert war und es uns dort sehr gut gefallen hat.
